 Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced clay shooter, Minocqua Gun Club has something to offer you.
The Minocqua Gun Club is a not for profit, public shooting facility located in the heart of the North Woods. We have been operating as a continuous organization since 1958 and over that time, with generous donations and lots of volunteer help, we have built a beautiful new Clubhouse, three trap ranges with wireless voice response systems, a skeet range, a five stand sporting clays facility and a rifle range.
From our renowned Youth Program, leagues and open shooting, wireless voice pulls, along with our large and inviting new clubhouse, Minocqua Gun Club has year around shooting opportunities. Come visit us and join in the fun!

Spring will soon be here. That means a new season of
target shooting at
the Minocqua Gun Club. In May our
Youth programs will start.
We sponsor a Youth league and a
Hunter safety course. Young
shooters can shoot free of
charge. Safe gun handling and shotgunning
techniques are
taught. The Hunter safety course is also free
(a fee must
be paid to the State). Hunter safety runs for 10 weeks
and it is one of the best Gun safety courses in
Wisconsin. Both youth
activities meet on Wednesday evenings.
Twilight league begins in June and meets on Monday evenings, it runs
for 12
weeks. This is a travelling league where teams
rotate between several clubs.
Senior League is shot at
Minocqua Gun Club on Tuesday evenings. This league
starts
in May and runs for 18 weeks. This is a 5 person team event.
If you
want to shoot and you are not on a team-no problem, there
are openings on
many of the teams. This is an open
competition, women are encouraged to
participate. You don't even
have to be a senior !
The public is welcome to shoot at
